The welcome was great!

The welcome was great! We truly felt the hotel went above and beyond to make our trip memorable and enjoyable!

The experience in the hotel was great, I was travelling...

The experience in the hotel was great, I was travelling alone and found the comfort and relax I was looking for. The room was very clean, chairs and bed are really comfy. The fireplace is a great add during the night.

More than disliking this would be a suggestion; I'd appreciate if the room had a little basket with tea bags for example. The room has a kettle to boil water but it isn't useful without anything else. Going to the supermarket can be tricky when you are on holidays.

Relax & Confort

The location of the hotel is very good. Near all typical atractions of the Concepcion and Alegre hills. You have many restaurante with view to the sea and the bay of Viña del Mar. The hotel is very confortable, the one with hottub is spectacular, with a view to other of the hills of Valparaiso. The breakfast is something that you have to taste.

Best location beautiful hotel

Great location - walking distance to many restaurants etc. Great view over Valparaiso. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the lobby bar and ambience in general was amazing. The women who work a the front organized our transportation to and from Santiago and dinner reservations. They were also very helpful with directions and recommendations. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Valparaiso.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear the person in the room next to you caugh and the dogs bark at night.

The overall decor of the hotel is beautiful, the room was comfortable and beautiful. The location was great and there was parking right in front.

The room had a smell of humidity and also they said that You could only use hot water in the shower for 30 minutes then you had to wait another 2 hours for it to come back.

Beautiful boutique property in great location with friendly staff

I absolutely loved staying here! The staff were super friendly and took the time to give me lots of recommendations of things to do, restaurants and safety tips. Although the area the hotel is in is safe with lots of restaurants and tourists around so I felt fine on my own, even at night. It was a quick 10/15min walk to the main square and port area. The breakfast was delicious, so much variety with cereal, yoghurt, toast and eggs, along with fresh coffee all beautifully presented. I loved the loft room, beautiful views of the city, a cute terrace and lovely fireplace in the lounge for the colder months. For me the staff especially were the standout, they were all so friendly and seemed to genuinely want to help guests, going out of their way to ensure all guests were happy! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful unique property

Beautiful property, one of the best designed hotels I’ve stayed in. The view of Valparaiso from the bedrooms is beautiful, particularly at night with thousands of twinkling lights. The floor (two floors) to ceiling windows allowed us to lay in bed and stare out at the city until we fell asleep. Location good - in/near to Allegre and Concepción, which are the only Áreas you want to be in in Valparaiso. Staff helpful. One of the ladies at breakfast must have noticed that I was unhappy with how toasted the bread was and rushed over straight away to correct it!

It is quite a noisy city and the dogs bark until late, it didn’t bother us but the property isn’t particularly well soundproofed so I could see why it would bother some people.

Instagramable yet overpriced boutique hotel with poor breakfast

The design of the space is as advertised, with great taste. room is quite spacious and the hot tub is enjoyable (temperature a bit too hot for summer) with a private panoramic view. shower (water strength) is good and bathing products were lovely. we were allowed to leave our belongings in the hotel after checkout (good checkout time) for a few hours before going back to santiago, which was a plus.

Room hospitality was quite poor, meaning we weren't informed during check-in and did not know if there was room service/food to order. Breakfast was not good, plus our request had been to get breakfast sent over to our room. however not worth it because the meal was not good. We were expecting some cheese, ham, eggs, yoghurt – however only after having asked the staff during check-out we were informed that our reservation had somehow wrongly stated vegan breakfast. Even to vegans out there – we believe it was not very good, plus we starved as we only got fruit, coffee/tea and crackers/bread. We do enjoy vegan food, but considering the hotel price food quality was disappointing. The bed was also quite narrow for two large/tall people. Another issue was the temperature of the tub, which we found out cannot be controlled internally. In the morning I walked outside to the balcony in a towel, to then realize there was a gardener watering the plants in the room next door. Wish there could've been more privacy. Only before leaving did we notice a printed guide to the hotel amenities in the room upstairs, by the bedside. Had we seen this earlier we would've better understood, clarified about breakfast and maybe even avoided these complaints.

Beautiful stay on one of Valparaiso's most scenic hills

Absolutely beautiful establishment! Log burner in room with firewood at the ready! Split level room with an awesome view out of Valparaiso. A great location to stay. Highly recommended. There's even a kitchenette.

Nothing! It was great. I arrived early and my bags were kept for me. A really nice establishment! I can't think of anything I'd change, really.

Tuve mejor experiencia años atrás

Bien ubicado, linda terraza con tinaja de agua caliente. Espacioso. Baño: limpio, equipado.

Cama chica, pieza un poco húmeda. El Desayuno es hasta muy temprano (al menos podría ser hasta las 10.30). No nos hicieron para nada bien la pieza.

Excelente servicio para regalar y regalarse de vez en cuando.

excelente para parejas

todo perfecto , recomendable

en la terraza deberían poner separadores de las otras habitaciones ya que se ve lo que están haciendo y no hay mucha privacidad , hay unos arbustos pero no alcanzan a ser muy frondosos , deberían tapar un poco mas , lo demás todo bien

Bonito y cálido el Hotel

El desayuno muy bno y todo fresco....el pan una delicia...las habitaciones bien agradables ...sólo q para la proxima tendré q hacer rsva con BASTANTE anticipación para las Hot Tub...muy lindo el Htl Boutique

Debieran colocar 2 lamparas a las mesas q están a los costados de la cama y dejar la Tv lista para ver programas y no andar tratando d ver cual control es el q sirve...o x último un manual en español e inglés.

Una estadía agradable

Lo que más nos gustó fue la terraza individual con vista hacia la ciudad y el cóctel de bienvenida que disfrutamos en esta terraza equipada con una mesita y sillas.

Nos alojamos en una habitación para tres adultos. Sin embargo, la cama individual era muy pequeña,más bien para un niño. Además ésta tenía ruedas sin seguro, por lo que se movía fácilmente y eso resultó incómodo. Otra observación es que al reponernos el papel higiénico, solo nos dejaron un rollo, una cantidad insuficiente para tres adultos. Tuvimos que solicitar más. En cuanto a la ducha, el sistema funcionaba con un termo eléctrico para cada habitación con media hora de agua caliente que se renovaba cada dos horas. Esto limitaba mucho el tiempo de la ducha, considerando que éramos tres. Finalmente como consejo sugiero que a la hora del desayuno existan sillas individuales, no bancas largas, debido que al compartir la banca con otros huéspedes se debe interrumpir al otro al llegar o levantarse de la mesa.

Excelente Lugar

Sin duda alguna el principal protagonista de esta tremenda experiencia es el Hot Tub, a la temperatura ideal en todo momento, batas, toallas, una copa de bienvenida y a olvidarse del mundo, Desayuno contundente y variado, de muy buena calidad, ubicación céntrica cerca de zona turística y restaurantes. Atención muy amena y privacidad adecuada.

Sería ideal si tuviese alguna posibilidad de estacionamiento, entiendo que por la ubicación es muy complicado, pero si hay que comentar alguna externalidad negativa, es esta.

Recomendable

El desayuno lo pedimos a la habitación ambos días, sin embargo, encontramos que estaba rico pero poco pan y poco variado.

La habitación que escogimos estuvo casi perfecta, ya que el Smart tubo estaba en la misma habitaciones, sin embargo, al lado de nuestra habitación había una oficina y se sentía el ruido al entrar y salir.
